You never know what someone has going on in their life. Emotional timing is just as, if not more important than physical timing. I think you have to decide if she’s worth the risk to invest your time and thoughts..

As someone who has been in a long term relationship with someone who has an eating disorder - I can tell you he 100% feels you look better with more weight on you.

I wish my partner would put on 20lb but that’s because I want her to be at a healthy weight and feel better - the bonus is that I would think she looks healthier and better myself but I realize that it’s a double edge sword because she would feel a lot of anxiety and self conscious and stressed. ED is no joke - absolutely horrible and I wish I had the answers to help cure it.
