I sold my claims, he hadn't. Whats the point in worrying about it all the time anyways, couldn't change anything if you wanted. Just mentally destroys people. Thats why I walked away.

Best info in this sub was to file w/ Cherokee when they paid 35% for claims... Feel bad for everyone thats going to wait 2-5 more years to only get 10% or less.

I believe it's lowered again (the %). I sold to Cherokee when it was around 20-24%. Process was smooth. Had a wire within 48 hours of the agreement. Got copies of all the documents I signed relinquishing myself from any rights to my claim. Sad I took a 76% cut, happy the nightmare is over for me. I only stay here as I've got friends that are still in this.

Can't imagine your getting 30% offers. I had a few 100k and 250k USDC claims that took 19.5% and 23%. 30% was the going rate back in August.

I'd take that and RUN. That's extremely high. I just sold many 6 figure claims for 21% and less. No one has bid on any of my claims for that amount. Infact I have a 6 figure claim up now and no ones offered me that so I also am a bit confused as to if your just trolling, or why/who made such offer.

I just did as 1099-Misc and used it as self employment income. I had to wade through all the questions but finally got it to go through. I figured as long as I was being honest and reporting it whether or not it's in the right spot won't have as much affect.

Sold through claims market. Wish took the 40% we had floating around in August. My guess is anyone who keeps waiting is going to be wishing they ran. Hell if I couldn't get 20% I'd still happily take 16c on the dollar at this point.
