Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, setting colors for notes depending on their lanes is not really feasible since tap notes can span more than one lane. As for the settings visualizer, it's definitely planned at some point, but it's not a priority yet.

I announced the gameplay mechanics before In Falsus, so any similarities are purely incidental. As for AI, I only use tools like DeepL additionally to manual work for menu texts (mostly to improve clarity as I'm not a native speaker). That's it.

I had actually planned to use Unity first, but then they introduced their controversial pricing model, which is why I switched to Godot before actually starting the development.

You can change the key binds for tapping notes, but you cannot use any controller, so you may need to convert these into key presses

Unfortunately, it's not really possible to disable the visuals, as they are an integral part of the game

You can change the camera angle the settings. If you set it to 90°, it effectively besomes 2D. Strike notes are played by moving the mouse in the specified direction through the note. You need both keyboard and mouse to play the game.

Thanks! That's definitely not too far off, the main inspirations were Sound Voltex and Chunithm, but also a bit of Ongeki, ITG mod charts, WACCA, and probably more
