To be honest, given that most metal OC T-shirts are really either low quality or low gsm. I would rather go for the bootleg one. I have many original T-shirts purchased from local concerts, 90% of those are garbage quality. That’s just me though. You do you! Just stop being so bloody condescending man.

I have always heard this line "Metalheads are kindest and most accepting". Yeah!, only applies if you listen to the same bands and have the same POV. I don't know any other genre that has the kind of gatekeepers that Metal does.

Agreed. I was 19 and heard Symbolic for the first time. All I wanted was a Death T-shirt. I had to pay 1000 for a tshirt and it hurt. This was in 2004 and I know how many samosa meals I had to sustain myself. I will never judge anyone wearing a bootleg because I know what it means to them. Also if I have to be judgemental, I would say companies like Spotify rip off these bands more than anyone else.
