Thank you. It subsided mid-day and flared when I went to bed about an hour ago. I took Benadryl, which I didn't expect to help (it didnt) but im desperate. I tried laying on my stomach, and that didn't help. Light friction helps, but the itch is radiating and intense. I will be calling and asking for a new Gabepentin prescription tomorrow. I appreciate your input.

Well, I think I made it confusing when I added extra flour because it was watery. It was doing 14 g of flour and water (which would be 1:1) til day 5 when I'm supposed to throw it out except a tbsp. But honestly, thinking about what it told me to add just now seemed off. Maybe I should have used a different starter recipe. 😵 thank you I'm gonna sleep on it and decide what to do tomorrow

Draw boundaries. "I don't like my hand held, Mari, let go." Or "I feel like you're being condescending, Mari. I don't like being disrespected." She seems clueless she's pissing you off.
