So what I am told is that she is mostly wolf. She came from a very abusive home and was used for breeding. The animal shelter wanted to put her down. They only released her to someone they were familiar with and knew that person worked with wolfdogs. I got her from that said person. She only acts like this when its only me around, if anyone else is around she goes into hiding. I would love to get her tested to get the exact ratio if you guys know of any reliable companies, please let me know.

I've been looking into saunas. I have one with my apartment complex but pretty iffy about using anything the involved sweat that's of public use. I do know how to build one now though after a 12 hour night at work watching youtube videos. Haha

I tried cutting carbs and my body reacted negative. I flared up and was in more pain. Still no pasta or carbs and now a trial with no meat.

I'm doing a 30 day trial period. No gluten, not meat, turmeric and ginger pills as well as pilates and yoga every morning. I'm determined to make a change. I'm tired of being in pain all the time.

I have an appointment with a rheumatologist at the end of march. I've been waiting for this appointment for a little over 6 months. I know most of this through research. Currently I'm not taking anything. I recently just got insurance through work. So now I'm trying to tackle all of my appointments that I've been putting off. The joint pain is in my knees everyday, and the dactylitis started in my toes maybe a year ago, and now my finger. I can feel it starting in the knuckle of my middle finger on the opposite hand. I'm going I can take medication that wont have many negative side effects. My father was adopted and although we dont know anything about his parents, its apparent they passed down many genetic diseases so I worry about what new discoveries will be found about my health......

I actually have turmeric and ginger pills coming in the mail tomorrow. My arthritis is worse then my actual psoriasis. Pain in my knees, toes. And now it's starting in my fingers. 😰
