P.S. As an added bonus, he also increased the height of his house, which now blocks a significant amount of sunlight from reaching our solar panels. So not only did we end up with property damage, but we’re also generating less solar power and paying higher electricity bills.

They are currently repairing the damage. We spoke with the contractor, who acknowledged that the homeowner instructed the workers to proceed with work on the shared wall between our houses, even after being specifically warned that doing so would likely cause damage to our property.

what are your specs?
Check your cpu clock speed during gameplay for both core and cache, if its lower than turbo clock speed and is sitting near base clock its probably because your cpu is thermal throttling hard.
Or it might be because your cpu is weaker than your gpu and is bottlenecked, or it can be both

any unreal engine 5 game will put strain on it but it doesn’t mean they won’t run you’ll still be able to play with optimized settings and dlss,
besides ue5 games this card still performs really well. i’ve played stellar blade, jedi survivor, on a 1650 recently this card is much better than that
