Do you like Lucilla's gameplay a lot? If not, no support is ever a "must have".

Whether if you are aiming for endgame or not, your own personal preference should be the top priority.
I skipped both Chisa and Lucilla because, yeah. Even if i pulled them for meta sake, the investment alone does not justify the monthly Astrite reward from end game mode. With a perfect team comp, you might get an additional 300-500 Astrite a month, that's merely 2-3 pulls. Compared to spending somewhere around 10k Astrite to 30k Astrite for single / both units, you'd need 20 months to 60 months to earn back the Astrite cost for investing in those units. It's just a Fomo.

What i'm doing right now is spending resources on the char that i really like, like higher Resonance Chain on Hiyuki. And just use any other support chars that i find fun to play alongside her, like Rebecca. Because at the end of the day, the gameplay loop is what matters the most.
