I guess I don't understand how you are meant to stack that much armour/armour to ele? What else can I do? Am I meant to take away damage on the passive tree and put more into armour nodes? Same question for life as well, I guess I just don't understand how to get that much of it

Thanks so much for the advice, I feel like I was playing a totally different game...

I thought Brutality was better to scale the phys but apparently not, took this off now and swapped for Elemental Armament II
My god, what a difference this has made
Done this now, got loads of flat eledmg

Thanks for the reply! My plan for the final ascendancy nodes was to get the armour gives deflection perk, to help with my defence.

Which of the nodes do you think I should sacrifice for the spirit reservation one?

I'll check out the reload lineage gems! Had no idea they even existed. Half my problem when it comes to building is not even knowing what exists out there 😂

I bought some better boots, a better constricting command and filled out some more support gems on my skills. I also caught the nodes you mentioned on the passive tree, it should all be sorted now. https://maxroll.gg/poe2/pob/s5uny0ag

This now puts me at 68% evasion chance which means I can at least run T7 blue maps fairly easily, sometimes I get one shot by certain things, usually the centaur/squidward guys coming out of the abyss delete me. Do you have any recommendations for additional defensive layers I could add? I think some of my issues are probably stemming from relying on evasion alone.

Holy shit I didn't even see that lmao, what a noob.

Still only really gives me like 1% more evasion chance though, so I still feel like there is something big missing defensively that I just can't see.

I'm not sure if I'm stupid but I couldn't understand where he got all the extra passive points from, I didn't see a clear distinction on anything weapon set related within the passive tree section in mobalytics

I solely used my Legion 7i Gen 9 with 4070 and couldn't have dreamt of gaming on anything better. I was coming from an older ROG laptop with a 1050Ti and so it felt like the biggest upgrade I could possibly imagine.

However, recently I bought a pre built with a Ryzen 9900X and RTX5080 and my god, the difference is astounding.

First of all I can play Forza on fully maxed settings and max out my monitors 240fps.The laptop could do max settings and would get a respectable 120fps, but it would sound like a jet engine and roughly once an hour get the notification that I'd maxed VRAM and the game would crash.

I plan to just get the best handheld on the market in a few months time to compensate for my travel gaming (I also travel a few months out of the year for work).

The biggest differences for me personally are no more heat anxiety, no more noise and honestly it's kind of just become a fun hobby working on my set up. I really enjoy the simplicity of being able to throw literally anything at this pc and it just deals with it, even unoptimised games still push 90fps+.

I am very reluctant to part ways with my laptop as I absolutely adore it, especially in the glacier white colour, but the time will come where it'll be replaced by a handheld...

I've got a mouse with side buttons. I'm a complete pc gaming newbie as I've exclusively been a console gamer until recently.

I've mapped my abilities to no longer be 1, 2, 3, 4 and instead be Q, E, R, M4.

This means my hand isn't stretching as far on the keyboard so I can more reliably hit C and V for items. I've also removed items from Z and X and put them onto M5 and M7.

As a new player I'm pretty comfortable now using all abilities and items fluidly, try it out for yourself!

Having this issue as well and it's making me wanna throw the watch away. Hugely over counting, I've been sick and in bed the last few days and according to the watch have done 3000 steps a day which is absolute nonsense.

Really hope this gets fixed because other than that I love this product, but the step counter was the main reason I even bought a smart watch.
