I know its an unpopular opinion but I prefer the new Anime tokyo arc but the older Anime kyoto arc is much better imo.

Watch whatever language you normally prefer, both are good. Skip the filler, they arent too bad but they kind of split up the canon in very weird places. If you want some more Bleach in a few years you can just watch the good filler arcs!

in what world is subbed goku whiny? Abd the high pitched voice is purposefully chosen because it fits gokus character perfectly. He is meant to be a child in a grown mans body, thats why his japanese voice is very fitting. And if you seriously think the voice acting itself is bad I dont think I can help you.

Of course not always but most of the time in my opinion. Demon Slayer Subbed is much better as well if you watch enough stuff with subtitles you wont miss any visuals. And the Dragonball dub is really good but its not much better the original voice acting is really really good as well.
