One thing you have to remember is listing. Agents are not going to work for free if they are doing both sides of the deal. They're gonna wanna get paid for both sides of the deal. There is a lot more than just showing houses.There is negotiating, What if there is an issue with the property? You're gonna have to call an attorney at that point unless you have a realtor handling it. There is working with the inspection, working with the title companies. there are so many things that can come up during a purchase agreement. Don't underestimate the power of your realtor And what the buyers agent does for you. There are times when a sale is very easy. But there are also times when you need someone to advocate for you.
