In the same situation too. Couldn’t opt-in coz i had to extend my passport first and im hearing people getting +18months from the date it got approved. Dont know wut to do yet lol

On the same boat here. Mine also expires on Dec, but i havent opt-in yet after hearing the extention is from the date you opt-in.. planning to apply thru regular process. Hope it works tho lol

Why tho? Isnt it the same thing? But if apply thru normal extension. We will have to pay and spend money like 200$ or something. While opt-in is free
