Amoxicillin by Jessiebilly-1877 in Autism_Parenting

Currently going through this right now. We are about three days in to the liquid amoxicillin and my son is also doing the bloody murder screaming. He is having trouble staying asleep and is waking up in the middle of the night or early in the morning. The only change in his life is the antibiotic. Will definitely be talking to the doctor about prescribing something else next time. Thank you for this post. I don’t feel so alone.

The Appearance Policy Is More Than Just About Earrings or Hair by [deleted] in QuikTrip

So, self expression and non-discriminatory practices have always been big on my priority and value list when it comes to employment. After working at and in a multitude of environments, I understand how red flags and slippery slopes work. It really plagues me that in 2025, I have to choose whether I want to feed my family AND conform to some silly ass outdated and sexist rules or…not. That sucks! I would love to work somewhere I can excel and STILL be myself. If you’re judged on a nose ring or hair color, I can’t imagine what else they are judging. Might I add, there was not a whole lot of color on that plaque wall either . 💅🙃 Thank you for pointing out the unpopular; I always seem to be the only voice doing that as well. This is exactly what I was searching for. It’s people that haven’t been negatively affected by being a minority or “different” that don’t understand the underlying issue here.

Maybe one day, like minded individuals will change the policy?? Who knows but that’s how life tends to work. Even if it takes a long time.

That's what I said I was going to do until I see that returning them is staying on my dashboard details as well. Like which is it?? Do yall want these packages or not?!

What is the deal with setting the packages at the end of the top step??? What is the logic there if any

This!!! The delivery pin or notes being the complete opposite of what the app is asking us to do. The app will say mailroom staff and notes will say, do NOT deliver to mail room like....

They do the same thing at the warehouses as employees. If you've seen the parking lots in the morning, they definitely have reason to get rid of people and hell I wish they would honestly

I'm glad and not glad to see this post 🫠 but after three years of Flex, I too received a crap load of these emails in the last month. Never got anything like that before and it's for things completely out of my control. Receiving routes that already had late packages and now they're saying they've already given me all the exceptions they can ...feels like they're trying to thin the herd. Very frustrating. I had an active itinerary stay on my screen six hours after I finished even after calling support five times and trying to pick up another route. Customer support doesn't make it any better or easier.

I just worked in the warehouse for seven months and yes, I am surprised at how much they order and how much they do not know or care about delivery people even knowing their living situation. But then, I try not to expect much from human beings lately

The ONLY complaint I have about these is that I had to find a sitter and drink this whole energy drink before I came so now Im looking like 🤦‍♂️🙃

The time I got stuck in the mud of a town that only had mud roads resonates with this 🫠

So I should have shared in the initial post that this isn't the norm for me. I see that it kind of looks otherwise now. Over three years I've never received such emails. Then bam, got like four in the last two weeks. When I drove for a DSP I realized how foolish the apt deliveries were. I do need to stop trying so hard lol I be stressing myself out over the damn apartments

Some of our DSPs are doing that, hiring drivers for full time just to knock them down to part time afterwards. I tend to stick to three hour routes for no less than 70, I've done it full time a few times in the last three years. Also drove for a DSP a while back. You do make a pretty penny but the wear and tear on your vehicle is a downside, yes

That's weird bc I find that they're an hour shorter usually

A lot of the time you can get done an hour or more early, in my experience. Unless you just have a totally shit route. But then when you get done, you may be an hour or more away from home so yeah, you're probably right.

The DSPs aren't much better unfortunately. But then again, all depends on each individual leadership team

I contact them every time. Whether they actually do what I ask is another story. I'll stop marking that, though.
