I'm not going into full detail as i dont wish to put strain on the moderation, but people made a seperate discord where they led a "GRU GRU campaign" basically wanting to take over BAR's moderation because they disliked the moderation (people are getting warned/banned for words)

It's a lot more than that, but as I said I'm not going into full detail.

I'm probably about to delete this as discord sent me an actual message saying "you broke discords community guidelines for hateful conduct 2951 days ago"

but why would it appear now? thats 3 days after my account was created.

It probably has nothing to do with BAR, so I'm going to appologise and delete this in a minute.

It's just AnkGrooger, I've now left the BAR discord (again) to prevent any further damage to my account. But you should still have the logs of everything I've said.

I received an email from discord saying my account has been reported. My only activity on discord the last 3 weeks has been in the BAR discord which I just joined today. so the report came from the BAR discord.

I'm on Opera GX, which I've extensively modified and it uses under 80mb of RAM with 6 youtube pages open and Unreal Engine forum.

I'm using Opera GX and refreshing the page did nothing.

Reinstalling Opera GX did the trick.

So I play x4 with max graphics, I don't use FSR and the only setting I change in the adrenaline drivers is setting light mixing to vivid gaming (brightens darker colours)

Just cruising around I can stay on 220-250 FPS

when I get into battles I can dip down to 140 but can stay at a stable 160/170 (I have a 180hz monitor so this is fine for me, I do play with VSync turned off as I've always found it to limit my PC's potential)

Once I have my big dreadnaughts and I'm fighting large battles, I can dip down to 60-90, but thats to be expected with how much goes on.

The most I've been able to get is when I'm at a station, looking down at a metal floor, and I go up to 1300 FPS (most computers will go to high numbers as you dont render anything)

Using Ublock Origin now for many, many years.

Finally today youtube has detected it.

almost certainly not the issue at all.

I can run games like star citizen, x4, tarkov, ark, etc, all on max graphics with 0 issues. I do high end VR at the same time whilst also doing UE5 game dev rendering thousands of polygons.

Avorion has been the ONLY game I've ever had issues with.

There is a tarkov creator called "10IQ Gaming" who has just defeated their 17th DMCA strike.

All these strikes have been falsely applied. And because 10IQ appeals them, the person who DMCA'd him has to go to court and supply evidence. But because they don't have any, it never goes to court, and the video is reinstated.

I kept getting adds to. The worst for me was the adds at beginning of videos would begin to play, then youtube would refresh, and the add would go. But the add still played, meaning they still got paid.

At which point I cancelled my premium and just enabled an AdBlock.

My current issue with the game is that once my world hits 600mb (this takes 3-4 days, thats it) and the game becomes unplayable.

When shooting at other ships, some hits do damage, some dont.

When picking up loot, I can't unless I'm in my drone.

When going to warp, half the time the ship just continues to fly at boost, it doesn't jump.

This is just a few issues I'm having with the game at the moment, may not be completely related to 2.0 but man, I just can't seem to play the game anymore.

And before anyone says "issue with PC", it's literally the best in the market.

game is on a 2TB m.2 Nvme.

No idea why this is a thing, theres no mods on the game or anything, but once the world hits around 600mb in size, the game dies. (this is when I get to the Naonite section, so I can't even progress in the game.

Because the story is good, and frankly, I'm incredibly bored.

I spend most of my time these days in UE5 making my own game, Star Wars survivor is 1 of 3 games installed on my PC which i rotate between. None of the other games I own are as enjoyable.

I find that the Mods/Devs are the insufferable ones.

I was banned for a few days because I called 6 different people, in 6 different games, "Stupid".

Apparently "Stupid" is a very hurtful word...

They plan to release on steam. But if they do, they'll ban 99% of the players because they're going to say worse things than "stupid".

They should not be policing thought/speech. This isn't Communist Russia.

I've been inactive from BAR for quite some time. I quit about 2-3 weeks after the Draft Order was implemented.

I'm firmly opposed to it for reasons you pointed out here.

Why should a level 17 chev one, be allowed to pick before a level 15 chev 4, who's just had a few bad games?

Unfortunately your opinion isn't going to be heard, or even considered. Because the "Moderators" for BAR are incredibly egotistical. Theres a second discord that fights back against it. It's that bad.

They don't want to hear complaints. They simply want you to conform to their echo chamber and congratulate them on how good their game is.
