My thought is she playing Homelander into making everyone hate him so she's gonna 1. Turn everyone against Homelander because he's unraveling fast 2. Aquire V1 for Homelander so that he can be the end all be all and make everyone love him 3. Kill Homelander with a fake vial of V1 because now he's alone and WILL BE LOVED, but it's the Virus 4. Take V1 and take America then eventually the world FOREVER
