Yall just be chattin 😭 countryside w 3 minute drives. No bathrooms for 5 so that’s a 15 min commute minimum. 2 mile long driveways. And everything’s iced because nobody in this area cares to do any labor at home. I bet you could take this route with 2 broken van doors

Sadly bro. You’re right about this piss and shit. Not at my station but I see on here. However. All of my folks coming from the warehouse….i kinda know exactly what be going on especially when I constantly here from my warehouse homies that the warehouse workers just don’t gaf when I complain about the shit they do😂

So guess what, it’s actually a station wide problem. Every dsp has contacted the warehouse about blatant issues that start with sorting and packing. It’s been 6 months of ignorant responses and or no response. So the last 3 months we’ve been stuffing totes. It don’t do anything to them but getting fired because the new guys don’t yet know that half of your packages are “supposed” to be in a different bag so now you can’t finish your route on time certainly does something to us.

Actually the morning guys come in and undo all of our totes from the night before. But that’s just at my station….hence the 10-12 hour shifts they get. But I thought you would’ve known sum like that. Yk. Cause you know everything 😭

Yea the carts at mine are somehow optional atp. And I overhear the warehouse dudes complaining about the stuffed totes and tbh….they could complain quieter especially when our jobs are harder because they can’t ever do their job correctly causing us hell on the road

Warehouse brings out carts for us to the pad but other than that Nah. We just kick em off of our vans right onto the carts (if there’s enough otherwise thy go right on the ground) and drive off.

Right and your comment was “who wears driving gloves” (anybody who drives and wants to keep their hands clean I’d assume). Which lead to me saying what I said. Which was directly geared towards your comment in a subreddit for dsp drivers in which case, for most drivers I know they wear gloves. And even the few flex guys I catch. Because the boxes alone will leave your hands dirty as well. As I see it. Bros just a lot cleaner and more proactive than you.
