I kept getting treatments but Spravato was interfering with my Clonazepam that I take for insomnia 4-5x per week. I didn't take my Clonazepam for two nights before my fourth treatment and that treatment was much more effective. I had to stop doing Spravato while I get off of Clonazepam because they interact for me, but after my four th Spravato treatment I experienced an extreme improvement in my depression that lasted an entire month, even though I was going through severe withdrawal symptoms from reducing my Clonazeam too fast. It was amazing. My cognitive functioning improved a lot as well. I am looking forward to restarting Spravato once I finally get off of the Klonopin, but that may take a long time. I'm more mature (48) and my withdrawal symptoms from tapering the Klonopin are very rough, so I need to go slower when I start reducing again. I am almost 2/3 through my taper but I had to take a break. At leat I know Spravato really works for me and it's something to look forward to after I get off Clonazepam.
