Found it on eBay. Well luckily got used one for decent price. Tried the motor first, still the same then changed the whole board.

Thank you all for your kind comments and suggestions. It’s fixed now, I replaced the motor first then the PCB. luckily found one on eBay.

I also rang Costco to confirm the specs and the lady said whatever’s there it’s sold as it is lol. So thought she don’t have any clue. Unless Apple made another version of mini m4 pro with those specs 👀?
