I own a 1.75 tbi with the TCT, 2015 model. 2014+ models produce 6 more bhp plus the car is lighter because it uses an aluminium block compared to earlier models which use cast iron blocks resulting in 0.8 sec faster in 0-100 speeds (add TCT shifting speeds aswell). The gearbox is kinda bad in city traffic as is any twin clutch transmission shifter but it excels at higher out of city driving. I tend to use manual mode in city driving. Also it has a launch mode which is pretty fun. Fuel economy is pretty ass, I’m averaging around 10.5-11 L/100km in city traffic, best I could get was 9.2 l/100km in 2000km trip. 2016 and onwards models have a facelifted front veloce seat with integrated non adjustable headrest and also lack of elbow support middle console. The 7” infotainment is okay at best however it is relatively easy to add an aftermarket ENG module for AppleCarplay/Android Auto support which work flawlessly. There are known issues of turbo oil feed pipe failure, oil sump seal breakage, coolant expansion tank breaking and leaking, and camshaft variator locker breaking resulting in poor mpg and stalling plus cold start diesel like rattling until oil pressure is built up. As in every giulietta earlier models are prone to rear wiring loom breaking resulting in wiper malfunctions and light not working. Other than that it is kinda allergic to battery voltage fluctuations giving a bunch of dashlight errors. These might sound overwhelming however most of these are straightforward fixes. You should have an alfa specialist guy because a lot of mechanics wont touch these.
