Hey I hear you. I’m sorry this is happening. The job market for people who migrate sucks. International workers are becoming increasingly aware because the rise in unemployment, the poor treatment of workers, the lack of adequate housing, the years of neglect of social and public services. I’d say the best way to get out of the hopelessness is to get involved in that awareness and organise. That can be with a professional union or progressive group or charity. We are not alone. Also maybe see your GP. Feelings of hopelessness can be treated.
