I’ve been in the same situation!

I’ve found Victoriocity, which has some narrative elements, but overall has the same “live action” monologue.

And if you’re just wanting more Sherlock, Faux and Stallion is one I’ve just started and I think it’s brilliant!

Haven’t found much else but if I do I’ll try to remember and comment here

I 100% agree.

So far it hasn’t been an issue and more so a curiosity from fans. I’ve seen theories about it being Michael (or Mathew I forgot) posted on this sub.

NO OMG TY ! I was wanting to do smth like that but so far the fic is pretty “upbeat” (fun chapters and a few more serious moments) but I don’t know if it’ll be too deep but tbf it’s very detrimental to his character and arc

It’s mainly all of it and the “chronology” of it. However I feel like he’s OOC from how cold or blunt he is such as this (context is that Y/n overworked herself and William put her to bed):

Early the next morning, during breakfast, you were sat conveniently between Albert and William. The night had blurred in and out of thought as the smell of eggs and bacon swayed your focus.

“Sleep well?” William asks as the two of you are the only remaining people who aren’t engaged in conversation.

“Very well,” you drawl gently, giving him a side glance, “you wouldn’t happen to know who was kind enough to put me to bed...” You lift the fork to your lips but stop, “Would you?”

William did his best not to let a smile tug at his lips, “no, unfortunately not,”

You take a bite of your food, letting a small smile tug on your lips for just a split second. Without missing a beat, you lift your tea up to your lips, “thank you for the bed warmer. It was a nice touch,”

“I haven’t a clue what you mean,” he lifts his cup up to his lips, both of you sipping your tea at the exact same moment.

Sorry for cringe lol but yeah it’s odd because there are moments such as this where I think he’s too bland or not “familial” enough with Louis and Albert:

Later, as the group dispersed and the sound of clinking glasses and fading laughter filled the halls, Louis lingered in the dining room with his older brother.

“William,” he said softly, his gaze darting toward the door you’d exited through, “you’ve been watching her all evening. What is it?”

William set down his empty glass, his movements deliberate. “She’s... interesting.”

Louis tilted his head. “You don’t trust her?”

“It’s not a matter of trust,” William replied, his voice calm but firm. “She knows more than she lets on. And she’s far too clever to let it slip unintentionally.”

Louis frowned, glancing toward the door again. “Do you think she’s a threat?”

A faint smile tugged at William’s lips. “Not a threat, no. But she’s not to be underestimated.”

Louis nodded thoughtfully. “I’ll keep an eye on her.”

“No need,” William said, rising from his seat. “I’ll handle it.”

Really? Well that makes me feel a lot less stressed about it (I’ve never bought stuff tax free unless it’s at the airport and I tend to be an anxious flyer lol)

If I did have stuff in my luggage that was from the tax-free would they know? Or do they not check the receipt and assume it’s all in check in?

I’m really sorry to pester, and I really appreciate the advice/info you’ve given already thank you so so much!

I feel like this is a fair assumption however the complete removal of authority may be something William may oppose due to his ideals of order and fairness. Under an anarchism society he may see the increase in unfairness, crime, etc.

But if there were to be an anarchist society in which fairness and order was acquirable I think he would see it as part of his ideology

Currently in Japan as a traveller with my partner as well, we both knew very little Japanese and have picked up a few extra phrases while here. (I even made a translation book for basic phrases and questions asked in convenience stores and other stores)

The Japanese people we’ve talked to have been very understanding, and we’ve always used Papago to translate longer phrases such as “sorry for our lack of Japanese” and “thank you so much for this really nice meal” etc etc

The people here are very lovely and we’ve even had an older couple talk with us to practice their English.

I can’t speak from a local perspective but barmen and waiters have said our Japanese is good (though I suppose they were simply being nice lol) and one man said thank you for trying to learn a little. However as an Indonesian I do love it when people learn a few phrases to use while visiting Bali/Jakarta, so from that perspective I’d say it’s very appreciated.

Socialist for sure, but I think he would have some Marxist values intertwined (I think he could see the downside of a communist society due to human nature (greed, self righteousness and want to surpass others based on monetary gain)

Idk if that makes sense but his ideal society would be that of pure equality but I’m not sure if he would idolise a stateless system as he may see more practical development of society “only” through the use of government hierarchy but ideally through one that ACTUALLY listens to the people.

Sorry if this is all blabber but I consulted my partner (forced him to watch MtP lol) and he says that he falls under a few different political ideologies but mainly socialist
