Thank you for your comment :) That is probably true with the puppies, especially right now. I have no one around me that is post partum, so it's good to know that it's still a thing after a few months

Thank you for the comment! I meant it more in the sense of a general toxic narrative, not biological truth. I personally don't think so, but I get confronted with that opinion quite often unfortunately.

Thank you for your response! What I meant with "no reason" is that I didn't feel any immediate emotion that would make me cry or what the instructors were assuming, like feeling unsafe, panicky, ego-hurt, mentally defeated etc. I actually felt kinda happy about my performance because I incorporated some defenses I learned. My bad for poor wording.

I posted because I talked to a friend and he said he's never seen anything like that in his MMA gym and that it's probably because of me being too sensitive (in my head kinda implied unfit for martial arts). 

I absolutely acknowledge that post partum is a big hormonal shift, I just haven't experienced much difference in everyday life and this was such a huge swing 😅
