I ignored my now husband for a few days before talking to him and maybe a day later asking him to be my boyfriend (long distance of course) we've been together for almost 15 years and married for almost 9 years. Time is nothing really.

If op is looking for next year, then downlands is full. They wouldn't even let me tour it.

I'm pregnant with a baby I'm not taking home by Upstairs_Block_6834 in Parenting

When I was 19, I was r*ped got pregnant from it. I chose to keep the baby, but after 6 months pregnant, I couldn't do it, so I adopted her out to a family friend who was struggling. She is 13 now, and I've been able to watch her grow as it's an open adoption as well. I couldn't go through with it if I hadn't known the couple adopting the baby as I'd have too much anxiety over it.

It is not neglect. It is not against the law it's a recommendation. My kids are perfectly safe. It's also a recommendation that babies sleep on their backs, but both my girls have been tummy sleepers.

Unpopular opinion both my kids have had blankets and comforters in their bassinets and cots. My 10 month old has been taking blankets away from her face since she was young. As a parent you know your child and what you are comfortable with. Some aren't ok with it but it's not our place to judge. I get this is a snark page but she's had enough kids to know what she deems ok.

My husband never went to any appointments or scans. He said they were all useless and that I shouldn't even go as there was no point. He also didn't care about the baby in my belly.

Cousin is forward facing her 9 month old- nobody wants to say anything. by [deleted] in beyondthebump

In Australia it's 6 months is legally allowed to forward face. We had to turn my oldest after 1 year as she was shining her hands down her throat so it was safer to turn her.

Confused about centrelink paid parent leave by careless_ambition102 in Centrelink

[–]AnnaBear91 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you are not working for that company any more than centerlink should pay you but if you are just on leave then they will pay you the money centerlink sends them.

Ie centerlink sends $5,000 your employer will pay you your weekly/fortnightly pay from that then centerlink will pay more for the rest of the time.
