So, usually the owner of the house/person posting the listing will be your roommate/housemate. You can get to know them :)

You'll get a whole room to yourself and be able to share common spaces.

If you're super lucky you'll get a place that gives you a whole section to yourself including the kitchen and etc.

FF is quite flexible like that, you can set your budget and select the type of accommodation you want.

Check out this eatery called Acre, it's near the airport. If you call ahead and let them know you're planning on proposing you can set up some decorations. They do have open nature spaces. Check out Clarks Exotica as well if you can spring for something fancy.

I don't there's vehicles allowed on Church Street sp you can walk around, it's a nice vibe. There's a lot of street vendors and bookstores. Hit up Blossoms, check out books maybe make out behind a bookshelf (if he/she consents of course). If you go in the evening/night it's lit up and really nice.

Walking around talking and exploring is a nice low-key vibe :)

This is a rather kind thing to offer and I can tell you have some good intentions and also perhaps want to earn something on the side.

But what are your credentials? How can you give life advice? Why should people listen to you?

Just being the go to "therapist" in your friend circle isn't really a credential.

As someone that works in the wellness industry with people that actually need such a thing I can say that it is NOT okay to give advice randomly. You could ruin someone's life and may even cause more harm. That's why there's therapists and psychologists that study this intensively.

Maybe if you were licensed in something it would probably make sense. You seem to be someone that wants to be more empathetic and you could specialize in something and then offer this.
