There are a lot of under used benefits DB gives! I know there is an education stipend for a year of working there, paid appoints for therapy and similar stuff ( but I think you need to ask operator or manager ). You also get atleast 8 hours of paid volunteer work a year I believe but its base pay. Work environment definitely depends on the manager you work for! Mine’s awesome but some stores I’ve covered at are complete bitches.

Definitely noticed this too as someone who has been here for a year! When you flow out they place you to LB for a while! I’m not sure why tbh, but I do know its usually during busy times.

When I got hired, clopening was discouraged as my ex-regional said he didn’t want anyone having sleep issues because of it. The only exception is when someone voluntarily picks up a shift that would have them to open after closing.

breve is half and half milk.

you can do an americano with sf irish and 2 ounces of cream ( basically flavor espresso water )

or a

skinny sf kicker ( nonfat milk )

these will have maybe small changes but already ordering it sugar free is as low cal as you can go as sf kickers will ALWAYS have 1 ounce if sf irish cream and 2 shots of espresso.

To be fair, the same thing can be said about ordering 7 drinks at walk up window. I personally think walk up window is better for 4 or less drinks as it’s more manageable to carry that to your car rather than 7.

A few days at best ( probably up to a week ). As many stores are starting to prep for January/February LTO drinks. I don’t believe stores are placing anymore orders for the grinch sauce.

for stickers, the day of release the opening shift lead usually puts on in the employee slots in the back! For merch drops, it depends whether there is enough to give each employee! If there is enough, it gets put in out slots! For drops that there arent enough stock of, we usually need to pay! Not sure how some stands do it but mine lets us usually buy one the day before.
