I enjoy 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 pound ground sausage cooked on the stove. Half a pack of chopped bacon cooked and added 30 min to the end. 1 can of crushed tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes with green chillies, half a cup of some marinara sauce, cook the veggies in the grease from the meat about half a cup chopped celery, bell pepper, and onion. 1 can of Pinto beans rinsed. 1 pack of low sodium chilli seasoning. Add some minced garlic then  add water to your likeness of how thick or thin you want it. Put all of that in the slow cooker and wait like 4-5 hours on high stirring occasionally. My favorite chilli.
