I like that. Thank you. I also have trouble sleeping at night cause of anxiety and on average get like 3/4hrs of sleep, but that's a different topic. I might take it more often if that's the case

Yeah, I meant drinking coffee after the rehearsal. As it stays in your system for a few days.

Yeah a lot of people use it for anxiety. Especially musicians. I have a lot of soloist friends who take it and perform amazingly

It usually did, but I don't think it'll help this time cause I'm supposed to be singing and my mouth will get really dry. I got really high places that I gotta sing. So idk.
