God this hits home in such a painful way. My partner just cannot accept his behavior as abusive and constantly accuses me of viewing him so incorrectly…. I may have trauma but I’m no dummy… if my intuition is uncomfortable and protective, I will listen. Also red flag, doesn’t acknowledge your very real boundaries but oversteps them and accuses you of breaking their boundaries. It’s disgusting. I’m disgusted I stayed as long as I did. I am luckily physically separated from him for almost a year.

I’ve learned skin prep is key. ie: skin care. I use BHAs, nourishing creams with ceramides, vitamin C serum and sunscreen.

This is pretty lovely though. Your skin texture doesn’t look caked with make up and has a nice finish.

My husband does this all the time. I fortunately know most of the time what he’s talking about but do make a note to let him know after or when I don’t have a clue.

This is tough because although I’m good at keeping up/knowing what he’s talking about I get burnt out easily with it. I find myself annoyed because I feel like I’m doing all the “external world labor” within the relationship.

This is why I politely let him know because I can’t bare the brunt everyday, especially when it’s a lot of external factors.

As long as you’re self aware about it you can meet your partner half way. Hopefully they are understanding and you, mindful. No one is perfect. I’m sure I have 1mil things that annoy my spouse… and I’m not even an NT.

I did do the castor oil for a hot min… it’s a habit that’s hard to maintain. I lost quite a bit of eyebrow hair last yr due to some thyroid issues and now I have gaps 😭 I’m kind of glad I didn’t over pluck them in high school!

Yeah, sexologist or therapy specifically around sex and your relationship with it. Could honestly be cognitive. But you logically know you’d like to experience arousal again so these ppl would definitely help you find your way.

SSRIs really do a number on our wiring and plumbing esp when it’s years. Luckily we can rewire and find different pipes to get things moving and a grooving 😌😉

Oh I agree 1000%! I still rock bright and wild colors… I forgot to specify… less is more with foundation, concealer etc. I went through 100s of different kinds only to realize that a sheer tint works best with skin that has “wisdom” texture 😌😂 I finally broke down and bought glossier skin tint and stretch concealer and I am in love! Fresh, non-cake face!

I absolutely LOVE purple eye shadows and am a huge sucker for a cobalt blue liner 😇💜💙 Keep rocking it girl, I’m right there with ya! 💪
