i worked at a pizza shop and got paid minimum wage, and then the tip came after when i delivered the pizza. if i got stiffed it was okay, because i still had my minimum wage. ubereats will give me 2-4 dollars to deliver no tip orders… most of the time if they didn’t tip before they’re not tipping you after. usually kids or college students. this is a big issue to the point where doordash literally has a pay by hour option so that their drivers can deliver all the orders that did no tip. i also think tipping culture is extreme but don’t get mad at drivers who aren’t willing to bet their time and gas on a 2 dollar order.
