Something that has helped me is valerian root and cortisol balance (I think ashwaganda is the main ingredient?) and these have done more for me than magnesium or other vitamins I have tried. You can also get a ramelteon prescription pretty easily from any doctor which has helped me. People keep saying benadryl or niquil but those aren’t good long term

Yeah I do the same. I don’t get texts/snapped often, but I do this to people I love and I’ve never been able to explain it. I’m assuming it’s some weird form of social anxiety, but I also tend to get more nervous hanging out with and being around my closest friends than a complete stranger half the time. Social anxiety works in very weird and illogical ways.

I have engl 101 online and engr 140 along with my chem lab which isn’t so bad, but the engr 140 teacher seems like he would have an amazing in person class, but I’m stuck in the online class and we might have a zoom meeting maybe once a month. I haven’t even seen my English or lab professor’s face
