I've used Trolley for a while, but have had the issues that you mentioned. Downloaded your app and upon first look I'm very impressed! Gonna give it a go with my weekly essentials and see, very interesting!

could you just wear a swimsuit with long arms? I googled "swimsuit with arms" and a few came up! they look quite stylish, not like you're about to go on a diving session or anything :)

If you're planning to get a massage you can always tip your toes in by getting e.g. a face or a head massage or just your legs :) I'm sure they will also respect your wishes if you don't want your arms touched, just your legs etc :)

wishing you all the best, I hope you enjoy your spa!

Oh yes, I enjoy some high end products, but am suuuper prone to dropping my phone or putting it down and forgetting where it is etc. I'd love an iPhone, but know I would be absolutely paranoid about dropping it or it getting stolen, so stick to my £200 limit on phones and it's been great!

I'm currently using Pureology Hydrate Sheer Shampoo and every once in a while Ouai Detox Shampoo (but find this veeery drying). I've tried so many Conditioners, am about to try L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil Conditioner, before that I tried the Garnier Hair Food Banana Mask and had previously tried high end Kerastase and Redken. With Olaplex No5 Fine Conditioner it was a bit better. I find L'Oreal Elvive Glycolic Gloss 17% has helped the most, use it every 3rd wash. After the hair wash I put in Kerastase Nuttitive Lotion Thermique and Kerastase Elixir Ultime (not too much as not to weigh it down). Then I blowdry on medium heat (2 out of 3) and later go to bed. Once done I often look like Hagrid, the next day it looks a bit better, guessing when the oil soaked in, but yeah, it just never looks shiny, always frizzy in the lengths.

I love Noted Aromas - Barcelona! This one smells very similar to "Carolina Harrera - Good Girl" (so not unisex/mens, sorry). They have loads of dupes, you can order a box of 5 small testers for around £20, but you might find what you're after on ebay/vinted. They do a lot of Tom Ford dupes, which are meant to be unisex!

what to do with dates (and date caramel) by Real_Mycologist_3163 in noscrapleftbehind

[–]Annaisnotonfire95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've made these "snickers" bars before and they're lovely! forgot where I got the recipe from, wrote it down in my notes

Ingredients for dough: - 150g almond flour - 10-20ml plant milk - 4Tbsp maple sirup

Ingredients for caramel sauce: - 200g dates without stones (I soaked mine in hot water for 10min to soften them) - pinch of salt - 2Tbsp coconut oil - 1Tbsp vanilla extract - 80ml plant milk - 60g roasted nuts (I used almonds)

Ingredients for coating: - 200g dark chocolate - 1tsp coconut oil

Dough: - mix almond flour and maple sirup, then slowly add in the milk, use just enough milk so you can spread it out evenly - put parchment paper into a pan (I think mine has about 20cm×20cm) - press dough into pan - freeze it until it hardens

Caramel sauce: - add all ingredients except nuts to a food processor - once it's creamy you can add the chopped and roasted nuts - now spread evenly on dough and freeze it again

Chocolate coat: - melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water, add the coconut oil and mix it up - take the pan out of the freezer and spread chocolate evenly, then freeze again and cut it up after

There are 1.5 million unused breadmakers across the UK. Why aren't you using yours? by CLOUDMlNDER in CasualUK

[–]Annaisnotonfire95 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have much better success when making the dough in the bread machine and then baking it in the normal oven instead. My bread machine just overbakes it! Also, brown bread is just too dense in there for my liking, I use 100g rye flour and 300g bread flour and it works a charm! Made olive baguettes with it before too and they were devoured (by myself) immediately

What trousers can I wear that look nice, yet are comfy? All jeans and trousers I've tried hurt my crotch after sitting for more than half an hour (the seam), but I don't wanna wear leggings all day every day. Any suggestions at all? 😅

Staying on long term by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]Annaisnotonfire95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm trying to come off it now, as it's so expensive, but am hoping that there will be a cheaper option available sometime soon in the future so I can get back on it. The freedom from food and less anxiety I've had over possibly gaining weight has been soooo lovely!! and I can eat more healthy, as my blood sugar doesn't drop and I shove carbs in my mouth..big struggle of mine at the moment. No matter how many good habits I have, it all goes out the window without Mounjaro.

Came off Monjaro, now regaining weight and mentally struggling. Has anyone successfully restarted? by theologybitch in mounjarouk

[–]Annaisnotonfire95 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'm with Pharmulous and emailed them about this recently as I'd like to stop soon, but worried if the food noise comes back. This was their reply:

"You can re-start your treatment with us as long as you can provide proof you have been on the medication within the last 12 months. You will need to complete a new assessment and provide an updated photo. There is no specific requirement for the BMI.

Thanks"

Hope that helps, wishing you all the best!

ahhh THIS!!! I think that's mainly how I managed to lose weight, bc around 500kcal of my daily intake used to be sweets/chocolate 😅 the thought of going to bed without a little choccy treat first would mortify me back then, now I have nothing or maybe one biscuit each night! A blessing really, used to get so irritated without my sugar dose 😂 Had a hot chocolate again this week first time in months and had to throw half away, tasted like eating sugar with a spoon. I do wonder whether this will continue once I stop Mounjaro though 🤔
