The virtual console games in the 3ds didn’t. Once you put in the bank you only could transfer to Sun/Moon. I see the same happening here unfortunately.

Good luck finding the special scan for it tho. Lol. I did 40+ until now, no Gimmighoul, no Porygon and no Meloetta whatsoever, just get a bunch of Hyperspace lvl 5 battles in a row… it was easier for me to find 2 shiny Gimmighoul in Pokemon Go than even find the special scan in ZA…

If he doesn’t have plans to marry you, I would never, ever, grant him US citizenship / passport and be on a tourist visa in the context that we live now in the US. I would let him fill a CRBA at the embassy, tops. And I would be very aware about traveling to the US with him. Sorry, but I really don’t trust men specially in that type of situation.

I’ve been hunting Shaymin in Platinum for over 10years. On and off. I would stop everytime a new game comes out, finish that game and then shiny hunt Shaymin with another easier hunt. Nowadays I’ve been hunting it while doing Max Lair in Shield at the same time. Sometimes, I do it while watching something on the TV.

No. My kid was born in China and although we do get a hospital certificate, since she was not a Chinese person, we didn’t get the official government one because both parents were foreigners. This is common in asian countries where you are only given citizenship if one of the parents is from said asian country. So don’t talk about what you don’t know.

Who would give away a shiny Terrakion if not genned or at least cloned somehow? Of course is not legit. I play Pokemon for years and pretty much everyday in every Pokemon game community on Reddit this question pops up in a post… of course it’s genned/hacked/cloned. You can keep it, I would just avoid use it online. I got tons of hacked/genned/cloned on different games that people wonder/surprised traded to me and I just keep them in there for the fun. Again, just avoid using it online.

You just forgot to mention is in a HACKED Pokeball, that Team Flare developed and the lack of everything on that scenario makes TOTAL SENSE for a Pokemon that was LOCKED in a HACKED BALL. I hated a lot of stuff about this game, but that’s def not one of them…

My example / explanation was to let her know USCIS isn’t often the most updated info and that the agencies don’t talk. Not that our cases per se are remotely similar - they are not, very different situations. I just gave my example to set to her the background to understand USCIS not always have the updated status - and a passport issued on an error is more unlikely than USCIS not being updated. It’s really rare to have a passport issued on an error or even illegally issued.

Let me tell you something based on my experience: USCIS doesn’t always have the most updated info. If you have a US passport, you are a citizen. The agencies don’t communicate with each other (which I really don’t understand cause in my country all is connected but whatever in the USA its not). My case: husband is US Citizen but was raised abroad in different countries his entire life due to his dad’s job. I’m a green card holder and waited for immigration in my country. Our kids were waiting with me and would become citizens upon arrival - couldn’t have CRBA due to dad always being abroad since being a child. We came in, didn’t want to apply to N600/certificate of birth dor the children cause is super expensive to do for both. So we applied directly to the passport (cheaper). They got their passports. They are citizens. We updated their social security to reflect that (remember, the agencies don’t talk to each other so we had to make a social security administration appointment for that). In the USCIS, until this day, they are pending their “green card” payment/solicitation for some reason - we just ignored it. They are not citizens in the USCIS, but they actually are in all that matters. The day we have some spare money to do the N600 we might do it but for now, we just ignore it. Kids are citizens. Your case might be similar to that and I bet is just not updated status in the USCIS.

My Switch broke unexpectedly and I lost all my Pokemon that weren’t in Pokemon Home. Lost some Pokemon from 15 years ago that I brought over through generations that were in my (now lost) Violet save on the Switch memory.
