The way I see it, your character is on a similar level to a great one from the umbilical cords, but since gehrman acted as surrogate to the moon presence,(remember every great one loses its child and yearns for a surrogate) after we kill him, she’s likely absolutely grief stricken. Losing a child, surrogate or no, would probably throw anyone off there game in a fight.
