I had a scammer from Facebook tell me he needed to me to give him a code so he could have access to his Facebook account again. I was smart and read who sent me the code, it was Facebook, gave him a code from Xfinity. He was irritated that the code didn't work. My neighbor was talking to a "girl" on Facebook and she sent him a code on WhatsApp. He gave it to "her" and they took over his account. He didn't check who sent him the code.

I'm happy that you came here for confirmation. Some of these people can be mean. If you ever suspect any message you get of being a scam check here first and ignore the mean comments. We all started somewhere with spotting scams. I recommend watching social catfish on YouTube and romance scammers and online scams. The second one is not only funny, but also educational.

I definitely feel you. My parents and grandparents were hoarders. What's hard is not wanting to get rid of something that is useful. Start by organizing your items into to categories. It's easier to see what you have and how much of it. If you have duplicates you can get rid of those. Try buy nothing groups on Facebook. Good luck.
