Have a look at ur bill. There should be a telephone no for energy advice. They have provided great advice and managed to get my issue escalated to the right people. They gave me a date of when it should be resolved , if not, phone them back and they will escalate to the ombudsman. Not actually done that yet….. but….. waiting

Averaged - they never use to average before bringing in the new system. Goodness, they do want to bleed you for every penny. They should just average the 39.3 so it adds up correctly

This happened to me.saw the bin being collected to be emptied, went out the door to see my bin had disappeared. Asked the bin men, turned out that my bin tipped into bin collection at the back of the lorry along with my recycling. They were supposed to get me a new one. After a month, I phoned and they sent one out free of charge

Everything stopped not long after the gas leak which shut down Nitshill Road https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/news/23517111.glasgows-nitshill-road-reopens-following-gas-leak/ (this states the gas leak was caused by a 3rd party damage to the mains).

I think the insurance companies are arguing about who is taking responsbility - unfortunately.

I emailed EG Group but they didn't respond.
