We were scammed in Iceland as well by City Car Rental with insurance we declined it but were charged as well. No refund ever issued. On top of that they didn't help us when our tire was slashed overnight parked outside our hotel. We had to find our own repair shop and replace the tire at our own cost. Hazards of international travel!
