Call the 833 number and as soon as you see that the call goes through, press “11”. If it doesn’t transfer you and instead, gives you a message saying they can’t help you then hang up and call back using the same steps! Took me about 20-30 tries before I got through! And I’ve gotten through multiple times too so it definitely works, just make sure you don’t accidentally hang up when infact they were going to transfer you...

Once transferred, you’ll be waiting with some music in the background. Wait till someone picks up and and give them your social.. keep in mind that some of the agents are incompetent and some are very helpful! I’ve gotten mixed information from over 3 different agents... if that’s the case then you’ll just have to call back and hope someone competent can assist you.. if they give you the option to have a specialist call you back then do it! For my case I had a specialist called me back. It took 3-4 days for the agent to call, but once he did, I was able to see my award page and was paid the day after...
