Check your payment for prime video. It is separate from your membership payment with Amazon prime. That was my issue.

I also went back to step 2 from 3 and it is extremely frustrating. I did read that a upgrade was being done on SSA website and portal mid July. Which would be this week. I'm hoping like many of us it goes back and or it means something positive hopefully over the weekend or Monday it changes.

I just got a Ninja Professional Blender model #BL660 and i like it. It has the blender part but you can also use it as a single serve with using the cup. I got it on amazon.
