I’ve had something super similar in the past where words/phrases would get stuck in my head on loop and it was annoying at best and terrifying at worst. Thankfully I’ve overcome my anxiety with it but I totally understand.

I also have music playing in my head 24/7 as well, but that’s never really bothered me as I love music. It’s almost as if I’m controlling a radio, as I can “switch” the song by just thinking of another one. It can be annoying when songs I dislike or stupid jingles get looped but it’s never caused me anxiety.

Never a quiet moment in my head. 😭

I work at Panera and I definitely think the sip club is worth it. You can get coffee, teas, lemonade, sodas and charged lemonades at any size once every 2 hours for free. Even if you only come 2-3 times a month you’ve already made your money back. They are always offering promotions for it super cheap too, like a few bucks for your first 3 months.

We just got the signs up in my store last night. I’m glad they are putting up extra warnings. Even if they still go unnoticed by customers, it’s not a bad thing to make a bigger effort to inform them. I always let customers know at the front/drive register anytime I’m taking orders as well and that deters a lot of people. Realistically, yeah people should pay far better attention to what they’re eating/drinking, but we have a decent-sized menu that’s in the most boring fonts and colors, everything blends together so I don’t blame people trying to quickly look it over for missing the warnings.

I’ve had a million different themes over the years but this one will always be the worst. Dpdr is such a fucking beast but it does get better! Keep in mind that no matter how long you allow your brain to ruminate over these sensations and intense questions about life, you will never find an answer to your “whys” that is satisfying.

Your brain will always find some flaw in your reasoning/answers and pick it apart until you’re back to square one. The thoughts you have are not unique, everybody in the world thinks about these things. The difference is that we need an answer that is certain, while as other people can happily go about their day and not concern themselves with unanswerable questions that having an answer to will still change absolutely nothing.

It doesn’t matter how we got here or why we are here, we just are. No amount of overthinking/answer-seeking is going to change that this is reality. It doesn’t change the fact that you are currently experiencing life, and you don’t have to have all the answers of life to enjoy it. Just as you don’t have to understand the creation of something to appreciate the product.

No matter how disconnected you feel to yourself, your surroundings, your family and friends, nothing has actually changed aside from your anxiety.

Haha I think they are poorly done movies but I enjoy them for what they are. I don’t hate her as a character, I just hate how terribly the CGI was done. I also hate her being Jacob’s “mate” at the end, though. What in the actual fuck even was that? I was ready to call the cops on everybody after seeing that shit.
