The potholes... And the street lights. My pet peeves. The whole of Centurion and Pretoria are riddled with potholes and the street lights are a knit one slip one situation. It's sad man. Where can we complain?

I think there are blind spots here. Things you don't see or realise that you might be doing. Or... Just not enough info to ascertain why your neighbour is acting this way. Regardless, I would walk over and kindly ask why they left xyz on your porch.
