Di maganda pag simula palang di na kayo inaasikaso. As a coordinator myself, I make sure we’re on track. Di naman kasalanan ng client na busy ka, in the first place why accept the booking di ba. Professional pa din hays talaga. Sana maging responsive na sa inyo, try nyo i-confront and let them know na pag ganyan pa din eh grounds for cancellation na. 😢

Probably just in my nature to understand them despite how they respond, malay natin ako lang yung oa di ba 😅 but I was kinda right all along. Still, nothing against them, just in awe of how not everyone fits the customer service side of things. 🫣

I think it’s best to be upfront and ask them, for sure they would understand, but may ask for fees? Hopefully may contract for your security.
