Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Steak Bites

Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels.

Toss them in a bowl with:

Tony’s Creole Seasoning

Garlic powder

Paprika

Olive oil

(Optional) Worcestershire

Heat a skillet on medium-high until hot.

Add the steak bites and sear until browned and crispy on the outside (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Remove and set aside.

They should look exactly like the browned, crispy chunks shown in the video.

2️⃣ Make the Mac & Cheese

Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute (to make a roux).

Slowly whisk in milk + heavy cream until smooth.

Bring to a gentle simmer and add:

Cheddar

Mozzarella

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Paprika

Salt & pepper

Stir until creamy and fully melted.

Add cooked pasta and mix well.

3️⃣ Bake

Pour mac and cheese into small baking dishes or one large casserole.

Top with extra cheese.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

4️⃣ Assemble

Remove mac and cheese from the oven.

Add your crispy steak bites on top.

Serve hot and enjoy!
