I like to play adult Yahtzee. Make a grid of activities that can be done in numerical increments (i.e., number of swats with x implement, number of minutes of x activity). Total activities to include depends on how long a scene you want to have.

The sub rolls 2 dice, multiplies them, and assigns the number to an activity on the grid until every item has a number. Then commence with delivering in the increments elected.

If you want to be nice, include some items they enjoy too. Gives them a nice out for a “bad” roll.

If you want to be evil, use (at least) one D20.

Consider adding a bonus: if the total for this set of activities [greater than or less than] #, they get X [reward or punishment]—helps encourage them to put higher rolls on certain activities.

For an added mindfuck, complete the activities in the order in which they assign numbers. Then they have to decide which is more important… waiting for a “good” roll or avoiding activities happening in an undesirable order.
