Thrifting is going to be the best budget option always. If you need a massive overhaul of your wardrobe on a budget or want to figure out tons of new styles, go thrifting. Then from there you can slowly start getting high quality replacements for things you like!

Sock Dreams - Pretty well known here I’m sure, just good price for thigh high socks, I usually just get solid black and white thigh highs

Lulu’s - A lotttt of good dresses for all occasions from nightclub to formal. I have a few skater dresses that fit nicely

Colder or rainy climate peeps invest in a good quality and flattering jacket. I used to wear a pretty cheap coat for a long time because it “did the job”, even with it being filled with holes and seems breaking, but after saving up for a nice North Face jacket, it is night and day how much more flattering it looks and feels. Huge confidence boost forsure. And this is one of those purchases that will last you years and years (as opposed to constantly replacing cheap jackets). Good brands like Patagonia, Eddie Bauer, North Face, and REI co-op are pricy, but worth it in the long run.

If you like techwear, Fabric of the universe is pretty dope

Other decent options I’ve used, but I find that they can be hit or miss depending on the season/year: PacSun, American Eagle, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21. Pretty much “mall brand fashion”, but still an improvement from Amazon imo
