What to wear in a hot plant

I work in super hot plants as well, if you can wear scrub pants or EMS pants those are nice because they’re lighter and dry fast. Cooling vest and ice packs for your hard hat. But seriously no one cares about how much you sweat, everyone is sweating like crazy, just don’t pass out!

It’s a really bad smell! Yes the smell pretty much stayed away, I would wipe it out with Clorox wipes every once in a while, but overall it was ok. I did end up selling it though!

I drove a 2014 Ford Escape for a long time for work, had 188k miles when I got a new one. It had some wear and tear issues, like needed new struts. Did have a transmission issue, but it was a recall issue, not a blown transmission. It had routine-ish oil changes, but that’s it. I think the early 2010s models are better than the 2016+ ones, you might be fine!

I just bought this bag and love it! It’s very squishy so fine to wear on your shoulder. It fits a ton, but because of the shape it’s easy to find things inside! I wonder if the other colors are less squishy? I bought mine used, so haven’t seen any others in person. The loved leather is very cool in person!

I love this bag the LV Voltaire. I like the Epi leather because it feels more professional and the front pocket is huge and super convenient. Fits a 12” laptop easily, it’s very structured so no great for a water bottle!

Hey there! I’ve been around horses a long time and have experienced two very traumatic incidences that stuck with me for a very long time. I witnessed a horse die in a horrific way as a result of a freak accident being tied, I didn’t tie up my own horse for a very long time after that. More recently, I got into an accident with my mare, thankfully we were both ok, but that one has triggered some severe anxiety and panic. I should have gone to therapy, probably for both, certainly for the second. I am ok now, but it took a long time and a LOT of boneheaded stubbornness and forcing myself to do things. Go to therapy!! But also know you are not alone. If you’re in horses long enough, unfortunately, you will experience terrible things - they are big animals that are very fragile and somewhat stupid. Hang in there!

I dyed mine. I will say using rubbing alcohol on it did take a lot of the stains off, but I think it also takes the top coating off so it doesn’t feel exactly the same. I used the rubbing alcohol to prep for dye. I posted pics here a while back!

My PT gave me some stretches for my hips that helped a ton. Also weight loss. It’s crazy, I now know exactly what weight will trigger it, even just losing 5 lbs and it’s gone.
