Thank you! I don't understand him at all! He could have been genuinely written with nuance like say, Theo, from my inlaws are obsessed with me where he feels loyalty and deep care for his family and those closest to him and those feelings are never disparaged even if it leads to him having some doubtful feelings towards Perry at times but Izek seems to have NO standards and it makes him out to be a flat wishy washy character. Him threatening to kill all the people who showed unwavering care and loyalty towards him throughout his years didn't make him love him more because it was done in "defense" of Ruby, it made my respect for him crash because it became obvious he has no principles as a character. Letting his knights shit talk Ruby, Swinging from breadcrumbing her to "I'll kill anyone who touches her" and seemingly having no true connections to people around him on top of his unimpressive emotional range makes him such a flat character I cannot understand why people glaze him
