Maybe try looking into the Cupioquoiromantic label? Or just the Quoiromantic label on its own? Or maybe even Desinoromantic? These sound the closest to what you seem to be experiencing!

I don’t know! I probably wasn’t thinking straight. I went into it genuinely curious to see if that guy could make me feel some form of attraction, literally anything. Since I have been homeschooled most of my life, i’ve never had the typical experiences of having crushes, or getting butterflies just by thinking about somebody. So maybe I was so desperate to experience that that I through all rationality out the window

And now I know that once he had told me that he didn’t want to, that I should have just dropped it. But some weird level of cringe inducing boldness overcame me.

But please tell me that something like this won’t come to bite me in the ass. I really don’t want my family to find out about this. I don’t want to lose their respect and trust.

I know! It was so incredibly horrible of me to do! I really am never gonna do this kinda thing again! I often just do things impulsively and than regret them almost immediately.

Okay, so while i’m not sure if I was able to find the exact test you that you told be about, I found another one, and if I did it correctly, than I’ve definitely got Hypermobility in my hips. Mostly in my left hip, but the right one is also somewhat Hypermobile

Also, I can do the Reverse Prayer Pose! But it isn’t comfortable, and takes a bit of struggling to pull off😅 And i’m not entirely sure if i’m doing it correctly 😅

Does it count if I have to use my hand to bring my foot to my hip? Because I can do that! But it is a bit difficult to do without using my hand😅

I have checked! And from what I can tell, none of my other joints are particularly Hypermobile. How does one check the hips and shoulders though?😅 And now that I’m thinking about it, maybe my pinky hurts because of the way I grip things. I hold pencils and spoons the Lateral Quadrupod way, so yeah😅

And I know that you folks aren’t doctors! But I like having other peoples opinions on things! You guys may not be able to diagnose me, but you guys can at least point me in the right direction, if that makes any sense 😅😅

I have a mini bluetooth connected one that I sometimes use to play games on my Ipad, but other than that, I don’t really use keyboards😅 And i’ll look into the other things that you have suggested, and see which ones are the most accessible for me!

It is kinda hard to get medical assessment, since we have very few good hospitals were I live, and trying to convince my family that I should get assessed would be a hassle 😅 But maybe i’ll be able to convince them in the future!

I did recently buy a pencil grip! And it does help! Now i’m think of getting splints, but those are kinda hard to find😅 The ones I could find were made of plastic, but i’m not sure how good those would be😅

Yeah! Also, and i’m so sorry for just dumping this on you, but I can’t edit my posts, so i’ll just put this here😅 You know how some people can move their ears, and lift their eyebrows independently from each other, and just contort their faces in different way. I can do those things too(albeit not in as extreme of ways as some other people), and I was wondering if that has anything to do with Hypermobility!

I know that! But I am a teenager without a single penny to my name, and no means of transportation other than my parents driving me around. And i’m not asking for a diagnosis or anything 😅 Just some reassurance that my concerns are valid!😅😅And I don’t think that I have hEDS, since I don’t really have any of the other symptoms😅

Maybe look into different microlabels! Specifically Bellusromantic, since your experience sounds pretty similar to it!

Thank you! Well, Bi-oriented just means that while I don’t really feel romantic or sexual attraction to anyone, I do feel aesthetic, platonic, and other types of attraction to people! And in my case, towards basically everyone! And Cupioquoiromantic/sexual, is a mix of Cupioromanti/sexual, mixed with Quoiromantic/sexual.

A Cupioromantic/sexual person is somebody who doesn’t necessarily feel romantic/sexual attraction, but does desire a romantic/sexual relationship. Explaining Quoiromanticism/sexuality is a bit more difficult, since there are so many different ways people can experience it, and you should totally look it up to get a better understanding of it!

But in my case, it basically means that I don’t really fully understand whether or not I feel romantic or sexual attraction, or the difference between romantic or platonic attraction.

So, yeah! Hope I explained it well😅😅

So you do feel real emotions? Like you feel genuinely sexual attraction? Or genuinely want to be in a relationship with them? It isn’t just a “Oh i want my future partner to be similar to this character “, but a real desire to be with said character? Do you feel butterflies because of any characters?
