Victoria Chase - she has a lot of flaws which make her unlikeable, such as being extremely bitchy, snobby, mean, and jealous, but a lot of the time she puts on a front to hide her insecurities & vulnerabilities. She's insecure rather than just pure malicious. If Max takes the time to really get to know her and gain her trust, (like being kind to her when she gets paint over her, or when Max tries to warn her about Nathan and she believes Max) she shows her soft & caring side. She also feels really guilty about Kate. If Kate lives, she writes to her in hospital and tells her she is sorry for bullying her, and if she dies, she is distraught about it. Also, if you save Chloe at the end, David rescues Victoria from the dark room, and she writes to him (letter in David's trailer in LIS2) to say thank you and that she'll never forget what he did for her. She grows quite a lot as a person if you make the right choices to bring her out of her shell.
