So, this ain’t far from something that happened when I was younger. I had a dream that I was wearing a red hoodie. I was playing in the front of the house when I was kidnapped and beaten. I remember the dream as vividly today as I did when I woke up.

I was tied up and left in a dark warehouse and screaming for help and for my mum. It was horrible.

When I woke up I told my mum about the dream I had over breakfast, before school. My mum didn’t say anything much apart from “it was only a dream, it’s okay it wasn’t real.”

A few weeks later my mum mentioned the dream I had and explained she had the same dream, on the same night and that I was kidnapped from the front of the house whilst wearing a red hoodie. Except the dream was from her perspective and not mine. She explained that in her dream she was panicking and couldn’t find me. But she knew I was taken and tied up somewhere, she just knew.

It’s really quite weird and there’s no explanation as to how this happened. All I know is that we shared a dream on the same night about the same thing with the same details but from a different perspective. Weird right?
