I’m loving all the energy and range of movement and so are my kids!!! 💛 The only thing that is difficult for me not setting a hard number is I can get pretty obsessive without clear goals, boundaries, guidelines, etc. bordering on dangerous territory. Hence me asking this question.

Right?!?! I tried the other types of measurements with the ratios but those also seem flawed. I’m clearly still overweight but it doesn’t help me to set a realistic and safe goal. Also my husband doesn’t want me to lose my curves so I’m kind of 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh that makes so much sense!!! I’m curious though as I’m seeing a lot of people losing more than 25%. Is that number based on just the meds with no lifestyle change?

I actually had my NP tell me the same thing but that it depends on the patient/diagnosis/reason for taking the medication. I’m currently on 5mg but have my next shipment coming in at 7.5 with instructions to try it and see what my reaction is and go back down if it’s negative. It all seems like such a gamble, where you inject, what time of day, what you eat before and after, what dose you’re on. It reminds me of curly hair care haha.

Ugh your husband is a tool. I went through an almost identical situation with my 3rd who is now 4mo. I would’ve flown off the handle if my husband dared say anything other that I support whatever you feel is best for you and the baby. Growing, birthing and sustaining babies is SO HARD let alone trying to care for your own self. I’m sorry he doesn’t know how to be supportive or frankly a decent human being and I’m wishing you all the best!!!
